Device asking for network Unlock Pin Code

Make sure your phone, tablet, or mobile hotspot ask for NETWORK UNLOCK PIN CODE.

NOTE: If you believe that your device does not ask for the code and even then the mobile device can be unlocked please contact us we will find the way to help you with the unlocking process)

If your mobile device does not ask for an unlock code, please do not use this option since the unlocking code you will receive will be an erroneous, fake or maybe it is correct but you will not have any way to enter the code in your mobile device.

Device asking for Device Unlock APP

Device Unlock is an Android app that allows you to request and apply a mobile device unlock directly from the device.

The T-Mobile-MetroPCS Device Unlock app comes pre-installed ONLY on supported devices for those Networks.

The app is not listed in the Play Store, if the app was installed on a device before, it may appear in My apps & games > Installed. But you cannot install the app from this location.

If the app is not listed, make sure it is not disabled or hidden on the device. The app will uninstall itself after a permanent unlock.

This service supports “Active on another line, Stolen, Blocked, Lost, Fraud, Bad ESN/IMEI” or devices that were DENIED in the Standard Service. All phone ESN/IMEI Supported.

((NOTE: This service only unlocks your mobile device, but be aware that it will not clear the status of your device, you may not be able to use your unlocked phone in the original tower or in the towers where your phone has been reported.))

How to Unlock ZTE

If you have a SIM card from a carrier other than your current carrier (Phone asking for network unlock pin)

Use these steps to finish unlocking your ZTE soon as you get a response on your email with the unlock code.

1. -Insert SIM card from a source different than your original Service Provider
  (i.e. if you have an AT&T phone, use a non-AT&T SIM card, like T-Mobile, etc),
2. -The phone will ask you to enter Sim unlock pin code
3. -Enter unlock code
4. -The phone will be unlocked
